Payment Policy
EFTPOS and credit cards accepted, Visa and Mastercard - 3% surcharge applies for credit card payments. A small charge may be made to your credit card at time of making booking to verify that it is a valid form of payment. This will be deducted from your accommodation price if it is charged.
Cancellation Policy
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. COVID 19 POLICY - if the region where you reside for your reservation is put into a Government required "lockdown" which restricts movement between regional borders, then all cancellation charges will be waived. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made over 30 days before commencement of booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14-29 days of the commencement of booking will be charged 10% of accommodation price. Cancellations made between 8-13 days of the commencement of booking will be charged 25% of accommodation price. Cancellations made within 7 days of the commencement of booking will be charged 100% of the accommodation price. As most people book their holidays well in advance it is often impossible to fill late cancellations. However, if the booking is replaced, you will receive further refunds. We, in our own interest, will do our utmost to fill any such cancellations. If the booking was made through an agent the fee will not be refundable.
Child Policy
Studio Lodge not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Check In Policy
You will be required to scan in using the COVID 19 QR code, you must wear a face covering and all eligible guests (12 years and over) must produce an official "vaccine pass" and photo ID.
